The Project Management team works on a range of projects dealing with all sizes of commercial works, medium to large residential extensions and refurbishments and new build schemes. Instructions are often bespoke to clients and the circumstances, involving particular programming matters and/or leases and developments agreements. We are experienced in the balancing of the various demands of a project and can deal with planning, Detailed Design, Tendering and overseeing work on site as the Project Manager / Contract Administrator through to final account. We are used to picking up projects part way though, often after some preliminary work has been completed and there is a need to move on quickly to the next stage.
